On November 15th, we are holding a 3 hour workshop with one of our favorite purveyors Samantha Mullinaux Paone of Golden State Pickle Works and Ann Backen, co-owner of Archetype Restaurant.
This hands-on event will teach you the fundamentals of fermentation, why they are a critical part of our lifestyle, and how to make pro-biotic condiments and ferment your seasonal garden vegetables at home. Our goal is to leave you with a greater understanding of pro-biotics as a key ingredient in building immunity. Lunch will highlight Golden State Pickle Works most popular goods, with 3 courses. Products available for purchase at the end of class.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund less a $15.00 registration process fee is available up to one week prior to the class date. If you need to cancel less than one week prior to the class date, you may request a credit to be used for another class within the calendar year. No refunds or credits will be issued less than 5 days before the class date.
