The luxurious dining room redesigned a few years ago from the former French Blue Restaurant, still maintains a rustic element, bringing all of the senses together comfortably to the table. The inspiring menu is comprised of hyper-local, seasonal & sustainable ingredients with a freshness not seen elsewhere in the Napa Valley. Executive Chef Anthony Paone’s new menu is fresher, cleaner and greener, offering nutrient-dense dishes that might otherwise only be seen on a spa menu.
